Commerce, can you hear me now?

I hope that my concern will find its way to the new governor. My name is Frederic Bunker from New York City. I was on Saipan a month ago trying to help a client who is interested in investing in the Mariana Islands. I had the opportunity to meet with Mr. Clarence P. Tenorio, the new secretary of the Department of Commerce and Mr. Glenn H. Manglona. They were helpful in steering us to the right direction. But recently, we found out that both have resigned from their post due to personal reason and we are told to check with the new acting secretary, Mr. James Santos. After considerable effort trying to establish communication, we also found out that there has been a change in command within their office. We tried to contact Mr. Santos directly but we were unsuccessful. Is there anyone there to help us? What is going on at the Department of Commerce?
