Few slots remaining for SCC installation dinner

The public, as well as Saipan Chamber of Commerce members, elected and appointed officials, community leaders, and government employees, are invited to attend the Jan. 10 Board Installation Dinner. Seats, however, are limited, and anyone who wants to attend is encouraged to purchase tickets soon. All tickets must be purchased in advance.

The 2006 SCC board installation will be held at the Fiesta Resort and Spa.

Speaking at the Installation Dinner will be outgoing Chamber president Alex Sablan and the new president for 2006, Charles Cepeda.

The keynote speaker will be newly-inaugurated Gov. Benigno Fitial; U.S. Department of Interior Deputy Assistant Secretary David Cohen will be the special speaker.

SCC executive director Christine Parke said the event promises to be an entertaining and informative evening.
