MARPAC is offering the public a rare chance to win $7,000 worth of giveaways Friday night under its Budweiser promo dubbed, Condition 1 Grand Finale.

The event gives a generous grand prize: a Condition 1 Ready Typhoon Package Home Upgrade.

The winner will bring home the package, which consists of a generator, a home entertainment system, Shell gas supply for a year, typhoon shutters, water tank, $250 in shopping money, and a one-year supply of Budweiser beer.

MARPAC marketing manager Joseph Jojo Camacho said the whole campaign is a way of rewarding loyal Budweiser customers.

“It’s our way of thanking our loyal [consumers] who have patronized Budweiser products over the years,” he said.

To join the event, a participant must be 21 years old and above and should have an active Budweiser fresh reward card. This card is available for free at Shell stations and participating stores upon purchase of Bud products. For instance, a case of Budweiser gives the customer a 24-point reward points in the card.

Camacho said Marpac will honor cards, regardless of the number of reward points, as long as it is active.

Budweiser cards are also available at Joeten Dandan, Joeten Hafa Dai, and Joeten Susupe, Marthas, Hannam Market, Kagman Market, and XO market.

The Budweiser’ Condition I Grand Finale will be held tomorrow night at Joeten Susupe.

Camacho said registration starts at 6pm to 8pm. The actual event takes place from 8pm to 10pm.

During this time, participants will be asked to enter a specially designed machine that has a built-in ventilation.

The air underneath it blows up certificates, which the participants need to collect within 30 seconds. The participant who gets the most number of certificates wins the typhoon package.

“It’s a game of skill. It is fair. Everybody has 30 seconds to collect certificates,” said Camacho.

He said the Condition I Budweiser promo began on Aug. 29 and ends on Oct. 28.

Marpac has already given away Budweiser shirts, hats, coolers, flashlights, and scanner radios.

“We’re inviting everybody to come and be eligible to win the grand prize,” said Camacho.
