Continental to give away roundtrip tickets on Accountants Fun Day

Continental Airlines is giving away two roundtrip tickets to Manila during this Sunday’s Accountants Fun Day. Continental Airlines Saipan general manager Ivan Quichocho will personally award the prizes to the winners.
The event, organized by the Marianas Institute of Filipino Accountants and CPAs will be held from 7:30am to 7:30pm at CMS Sports Center, Gualo Rai.
The event will be a whole day of well-planned sports competitions plus parlor games for everyone, all for free. The participants will be divided into teams and will play according to their sports preferences—basketball, volleyball, tennis, and the latest Olympic sports addition, badminton.
“In this fast-paced world where every individual is left to fend for him- or herself, it is heartwarming to see any effort that fosters unity,” said the media release from the group, adding that the “Mini-Olympic Fun Day” would be the latest program of MIFICPA.
MIFICPA’s new batch of officers, said the media release that they want to be remembered with their initial action focusing on uniting all Filipino accountants in the CNMI by inviting everyone, including non-members to attend the event.
“The message is, if you are an accountant and a Filipino then you are very much welcome to join the fun,” the group said.
Other special prizes will be given away at the end of the day. The group said participants should not worry about what to bring or what to wear because T-shirts and special hot lunches will be sold at a very reasonable price. The group said they have distributed several flyers and registration forms to various offices in the CNMI. (Marconi Calindas)
