“Come out, come out wherever you are!” is this Sunday’s party theme as the island’s premier discotheque, G.I.G., targets the GLBT community in the CNMI.

Dubbed as “Coming Out Party,” G.I.G. manager Frederick Santos said the party intends to entertain Saipan’s GLBT crowd while also showcasing the talents of gays.

Santos said the shindig also aims to provide a venue—at least for a night—where people can come out from the closet and be part of a hip, glittery, and fashionable crowd.

He said the party would also have a gay lip sync competition. Prizes at stake are $50, $75, and $100. Other prizes to be given away include one for best costume. There will also be a special dance male stripper showdown.

Santos said the “Coming Out” party promises a livewire and totally hot entertainment for the GLBT crowd.

Sponsors for the Sunday party include Angel Wings, Salon de Manila, JC Café in Tinian, Colours Beauty Salon, AJ’s Restaurant, and Summer Holiday Hotel.
