Palauan man reported missing

Police said yesterday that a Palauan man has been reported missing since August. The Department of Public Safety is asking the community for help in ascertaining his whereabouts.

Police said 34-year-old Jeffery Robinson was last seen on Tinian, after a person with whom he has had a relationship with broke off the relationship in July. Police listed Robinson’s address as Dandan.

Department of Public Safety spokesman Eric David said the person with whom Robinson had a relationship with received a telephone call from Robinson on Aug. 4 and that was the last time the person heard from him.

On Aug. 14, the person, whose identity police did not disclose, reported that Robinson was missing.

David urged anyone who might have information on Robinson’s whereabouts to call the police department at 911, the Criminal Investigation Bureau at 664-9042, or the Crime Stoppers Hotline at 234-7272.
