The Marianas Visitors Authority, together with the Dai-Ichi Hotel Saipan Beach, will host the Sony-BMG Music Video group from Oct. 11 to 15.

The group consists of a Chinese music artist Li Quan, Dragon TV Satellite Station, Hong Kong Daily News, Hong Kong Economic Times, and Sony-BMG shooting crew from China.

The Sony-BMG group will be here to film a TV special for a music video featuring Li Quan. His new music album will feature several on-island locations and activities on Saipan. The music video will broadcast in 120 TV stations in China for six months beginning November this year. The total exposure value of this coverage is $218,828.25

“We hope that the Sony-BMG filming in the Mariana Islands will attract more artists from China and other markets to the CNMI as a featured locale for filming,” said MVA acting managing director Martin Duenas. (PR)
