The 13.7-mile race will start from the Pacific Islands Club in San Antonio and end at the Last Command Post in Marpi and is open to a team of five runners. Individuals can also run the entire course.

For the five-person team, three runners must cover three miles each, another will run 2.7 miles, while the fifth member will take the remaining two miles. Teams can enter in the open division or youth category. For the open division, each squad must have one U16 runner, one female runner, and a runner in the 40-and-above age group.

Entrance fee is $5 per runner or $25 per team, while solo runners must pay the $10 entry fee. Registration starts at 5am, while the race begins at 6am. Prizes await the Top 3 finishers in the team event and soloist (men’s and women’s).

Last year, Mami’s Boys topped the race. The winning squad was composed of Mamiko and Joshua Berger, Vinnie Inos, Stuart Smith, and Ketson “Jack” Kabiriel and it completed the race in one hour, 29 minutes, 10 seconds, only 10 seconds ahead of runners-up Cheetohs. Todd Montgomery, Melody Matson, Terra Allen, Scott Hayden, and Yosh Gabaldon comprised Cheetohs.

Rounding out the Top 3 were the Pinoy Runners, who submitted 1:31:10. Pinoy Runners had Butch Sublemente, Caesar Danao, Ronald Villafria, Florence Antonio, and Nap Dizon as members.

In the solo division, Keum Bae Ji placed first in the men’s division with a time of 1:41:10, followed by Chad Lowe (1:54:37) and Shimizu Yasushi (2:06:32). Noriko Jim prevailed in the woen’s division with her time of 1:52:20.
