The police report did not mention the victim’s age.
Detective Simon T. Manacop stated in his report that a domestic disturbance incident was reported to the Department of Public Safety on Friday at 11:25am and a police officer responded to a residence in Dandan.
The victim, who was crying, told the officer that she was choked and hit on the face with a bamboo rake. She identified the persons who beat her up as her aunts, Teregeyo and Mengar.
The officer noticed bruises on the victim’s neck.
The victim told police that Teregeyo had accused her of stealing money from them and was yelling at her. When the victim told Teregeyo to shut up, Teregeyo took a bamboo rake outside the house and allegedly hit her in the face. Teregeyo also allegedly grabbed the victim by the hair, threw her down the kitchen floor, then choked her.
Mengar allegedly joined by kicking the victim on the right side of the chest and back.
The victim’s grandmother came and stopped the two from beating up their niece.
