Shell has again lowered fuel prices by 5 cents a gallon, effective midnight last night.

This is the second time that Shell lowered its prices this year. The first time was on Nov. 20.

Shell Marianas president Phil Stalker said the company decided to implement the move due to the easing of the worldwide price of oil, and more importantly a lowering of the cost of refined product.

“As we have repeatedly committed, as the price of product is reduced, we will pass on savings to our customers,” he said in a statement.
