Tinian Mayor’s Perpetual Cup in Dec 11

The Tinian Mayor’s Office will host the 2nd Annual Tinian Mayor’s Perpetual Cup Golf Tournament on Dec. 11 at Laolao Bay Golf Resort.
The tournament will kick off at 10am with a full field shotgun start to be played on the East course. The format for this event will be Double Peoria Low Net.
Tournament prizes will be given to the Top 5 finishers with the champion taking home $1,000 in cash. There will also be closest–to-the-pin contests with prizes of $100 on each par-three hole. There will also be the famous Booby prize, which will make some unlucky participant $100 richer.
The Tinian Mayor’s Office and Tinian Dynasty Hotel and Casino will be hosting the awards banquet and dance, which is scheduled to begin at 7pm at the Tinian Dynasty ballroom on Saturday, Dec. 11.
“It is sure to be an evening of fun and excitement for all with a raffle draw to take place during the night. The casino will also be offering their newest addition to the gaming floor, Texas Hold ‘Em Poker, scheduled to start at 8pm every Friday and Saturday nights, as well as the Big Wheel and all your regular favorite games,” Tinian Dynasty said.
The $125 entry fee includes hotel accommodation for one night, breakfast, roundtrip ferry tickets between Saipan and Tinian, green fees, on-course refreshments, and an enchanted evening of dining and dancing with the groovy tunes of Saipan’s funkiest band Hot Lips.
Deadline for submission of entries is Thursday, Dec. 9.
