To streamline public inquiries, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services now has a special e-mail box for questions about immigration in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. Personnel familiar with CNMI issues monitor this mailbox. People should e-mail USCIS at this new address, CNMI.CSC@uscis.dhs.gov, with questions about immigration benefits in the CNMI and not e-mail individual USCIS employees.

To get more information about immigration benefits in the CNMI you may:

– Call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283. This toll-free number has automated information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During regular business hours, customers who need more information or assistance can be transferred to a customer service representative for live assistance. In the CNMI, live assistance is available Tuesday through Saturday, 6am to 11am local time.

– Email USCIS at CNMI.CSC@uscis.dhs.gov.

– Find the status of your case by using the “My Case Status” tool at www.uscis.gov.

– Make an appointment <http://infopass.uscis.gov/> at www.uscis.gov to visit the USCIS Application Support Center at TSL Plaza on Saipan. Walk-ins will be seen after people with appointments.

CNMI-related information from USCIS, the agency within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security that handles immigration benefits, is also available on the USCIS website at www.uscis.gov/cnmi. USCIS oversees legal immigration and can answer questions about immigration benefits; for information on other issues, please contact the agency or department responsible. (USCIS)
