Verizon announces their payment options
Tired of staying in line to pay for your telephone bills? Wish there was an alternative? Verizon would like to inform customers that there are different payment options in paying for their Verizon bill.
“If you are like most people, you might send in your payments through the mail or you might prefer to go to the Chalan Laulau customer service center for immediate service,” the company said in a statement.
For busy people who do not have the time to stay in line and prefer to pay for their telephone bill from their home or office, there are several ways of doing so.
The first option is to pay online at www.vzpacifica.net. In order for customers to have access to their account, they must first obtain a password and username from a Verizon customer service representative at the Chalan Laulau customer service center. A photo identification must first be physically presented in order to get the required information. As soon as the customer receives his or her password and username, he or she can then go online and follow the instructions on paying for the bill.
The second option available is through automatic deduction on one’s credit card(s). Verizon accepts VISA, Mastercard, JCB, and American Express credit cards for bill payment. Automatic payments via credit cards are only available upon request and all credit card payments will be run from the 2nd through the 8th of each month.
One can also pay one’s bill at the banks? Banks now accepting payments for Verizon are Bank of Hawaii and Bank of Guam.
“Please make a note that payments made at the bank or by mail should be made several days before the due date in order to be received in time at Verizon,” the company said.
The last option that Verizon would like to announce is through the 24-hour drop box located outside of the Customer Service Center on Middle Road. Cash payments are not accepted and only checks can be dropped off for security purposes. “To ensure that your account is properly credited, it is recommended that you enclose the payment stub when you deposit your payment in the drop box.”
Verizon would like to remind their customers that all bills are due and payable on the 10th of each month. If the 10th falls on a weekend or holiday, payment is due the next working business day. When paying in person at the customer service center or at the bank, bring both the bill and the payment for quick reference.
If you have any questions about your bill, call the customer service line at 234-7143 or visit www.vzpacifica.net to explore all about the products and services that are offered at Verizon. Both the customer service line and the online site are available 24 hours a day for customer convenience.
