Church 360, a contemporary non-denominational Christian church on Saipan, will be hosting a free movie night on Saturday, April 14, at 7pm.

Worship leader Kayla Wood said yesterday that the movie night will feature Courageous, an independent Christian drama film about four “confident and focused” law enforcement officers who “face a challenge that none of them are truly prepared to tackle: fatherhood.”

Directed by Alex Kendrick, the movie is the fourth film from Sherwood Pictures, the moviemaking ministry of Sherwood Baptist Church in Albany, Georgia.

“We love supporting films that promote faith and family. That’s hard to find these days; so when we find a good one, we spread the word,” said Wood.

According to Wood, they will offer the free movie night “theater style” and will be serving popcorn to moviegoers. Although popcorn and water will be provided, moviegoers also have the option to bring their own food and non-alcoholic beverages.

She noted, though, that those interested to watch the movie would need tickets. “There are a set number of tickets available due to limited seating in the church so tickets are given first-come, first-serve,” said Wood.

Tickets can be reserved by calling 888-2116. They can be picked up on Saturday morning between 9am and 11:30am at Church 360 on the ground floor of Marianas Business Plaza in Susupe.
