Student Athletes

Andrew Perry – Swimming. Andrew, 10 years old, competing in his first year of competition, won several ribbons and earned A and B times in two meets on Guam in January and swam all his best times. He also qualified for the Pentathlon Meet in February on Guam. He trains very hard and never misses practice.

Myana Welch – Swimming. Myana, 10 years old, and a student at San Vicente Elementary School competed in two meets on Guam last month and broke six age group records. This is Myana’s second year competition. She dropped over 10 seconds in her 200m and 400m events.

Athletes of the Month

Xenavee Pangelinan – Swimming. Xenavee, 16 years old, continued to break records in Guam competition with four age groups and two national records being added to her accomplishments. She is one of the few who never misses the daily training sessions.

Seung Gin Lee – Swimming. Seung Gin, 14 years old, won most of his events in his age group and swan three of his best times in the longer distance events.
