The Governor’s Developmental Disabilities Council (GDDC) is sponsoring a health forum on Nov. 3, 1999 at the Saipan Grand Hotel from 8:00 am to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. as part of the activities for Assistive Technology Awareness Month.

The “Forum on Health: Bringing Together Health Care Providers and Persons with Disabilities” will bring together representatives from the public and private health facilities, as well as those in health business. Panelists will be given the opportunity to speak about their services, creating easy access for persons with disabilities and their families to pertinent information regarding a variety of health care services, programs, and activities.

On many occasions, person with disabilities and their families are unaware of the many health care services out there that may suit their specific needs.

If you are interested to attend the Forum on Health, please call GDDC seven days before the event at 664-7000.
