The U.S. Social Security Office has moved to its new location on the second floor of the Hong Kong Bank building in Puerto Rico. People visiting the Social Security Office should enter through the building’s main entrance which is on the East (back) side of the building. The Social Security Office is not accessible through the bank lobby. Parking for Social Security customers is also on the East or mountain side of the building, close to the main building entrance.
