Pave Kagman roads already!

This is an open letter to Gov. Eloy S. Inos, Saipan senators Pete P. Reyes, Ralph DLG. Torres and Ray Yumul, and representatives Larry I. Deleon Guerrero and Antonio Agulto. I am writing this letter to ask your honest assistance and commitment to commence the asphalt paving of our broken, dilapidated, and unsafe roads in Kagman III and Kagman IV. A few months back, both our representatives as well as our governor announced publicly that there is available funding to pave our roads in the amount of $600,000. We, the residents of Kagman, will like to see real, concrete actions in developing our roads before the general elections this year. People are fed up with too many political promises, and nothing happens! This coming election, candidates will be judged according to his/her actions that benefit the voters, especially the NMDs.
