But places moratorium on Saipan agri grazing permits

The Department of Public Lands is temporarily suspending the acceptance and/or processing of applications for agricultural and grazing permits for subsistence purposes on public land, effective Feb. 10, 2023.  This moratorium affects only those applying for AGPs on the island of Saipan.

Beach concession and agriculture and grazing permits are temporary and are renewed annually provided that the permittee is in full compliance with the terms and conditions of the permit, DPL regulations and other regulatory agencies.
