There will be scheduled power service interruptions on Feb. 7, 8 and 9, 2023, as the Commonwealth Utilities Corp. continues its ongoing system maintenance.
TUESDAY, Feb. 7, 2023
• Time: 11am to 2pm
• Area(s) affected: Obyan.
• Purpose: To replace burnt high voltage electrical tape on the primary bushings on the pole mounted transformer at the OB-3 water well.
• Water well(s) affected: OB-1 to OB-24 Water Wells.
• Area(s) affected: Koblerville, San Antonio, Chalan Kanoa and Susupe.
• Wastewater facility affected: None
WEDNESDAY, Feb. 8, 2023
• Time: 8:30am to 2:30pm
• Area(s) affected: HANMI Hardware in Garapan.
• Momentary power service interruption
• Time: 8:30am to 9am and 2pm to 2:30pm
• Area(s) affected: Garapan and Upper MIHA Housing.
• Purpose: To remove decommissioned concrete poles, due relocation of the primary lines in front of the Sugar King Park.
• Water well(s) affected: None
• Wastewater facility affected: None, however, temporary bypass will be monitored during the interruption period.
THURSDAY, Feb. 9, 2023
• Time: 9am to 1pm
• Area(s) affected: Santa Lourdes in As Teo.
• Purpose: To replace a rotted primary pole along Chaim Santa Lourdes in As Teo.
• Water well(s) affected: None
• Wastewater facility affected: None
