Hyatt Regency Saipan believes in starting the year right with fitness and well-being, and is hosting the first Full Moon Yoga on Saipan this Sunday. Caring for others so they can be their best is a commitment and a part of the hotel’s DNA for more than 60 years.

Just like the moon that takes time to be visibly full, yoga done right will help your body reach full potential in terms of mobility and flexibility. Renowned yoga instructor Kerri Bauer will guide participants every step of the way.

“Yoga is beneficial because it helps clear one’s mind and focus your breathing which is scientifically proven to help reduce stress. It helps develop core strength, better posture, and body awareness,” she said.

Full Moon Yoga will be held at the Hyatt Beach right beside the relaxing sound of the waves and under the moonlit sky. Class is from 5:45pm to 6:45pm. Yoga fee is $10 and beginners are welcome. Participants must bring their own mat or beach towel.

To register, call (670)234-1234 front desk or WhatsApp Bauer at (670) 484-3848. The next class is on March 7, 2023, Tuesday.
