YOUNG Dumb and Full of Numb

teen years some numb to death’s reality

fearless wise guy filled with adventure

awareness of Mother Nature’s duality

guilty in confessional of thoughts impure

YOUNGER Than That Baby Fat

playground round and round in a whirl

as high up as I can get on the swings

interest grows between boy and girl

gluttonous consumption of sweet things

YOUNGEST Boy Baby Blessed

third boy in a row from Ma I know

she had 5 Cesarean births in all

fun with brothers and sisters in the snow

sometimes scared to walk down the hall

YOUTHFUL Years Gone in a Flash

School memories of two orders of nuns

Sisters of St. Joseph and Mercy were the ones
