NMC offices closed on Jan. 5 and 6
Northern Marianas College employees will be participating in professional development activities throughout this week. The institution will be closed on Thursday and Friday, Jan. 5 and 6, 2023, to maximize employee participation.
Faculty members will also be participating in professional development activities earlier in the week on Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2023; however, administrative offices of the institution, including the Office of Admissions and Records and the Financial Aid Office, will remain open on this day.

4.3-magnitude quake in Pagan region
At 10:55am on Jan. 3, 2023, a report of a 4.3-magnitude earthquake occurred at 18.948°N 145.079°E in the Pagan region of the Northern Mariana Islands.
