3 teams lead Agape v-ball tourney

The Jingle Boyz, The Parumpapapums, and Naughty List lead the competitive Pool A and Pool B of the men’s division in the 4th Annual Agape Christmas Volleyball Tournament held at the Agape Gymnasium.
The Jingle Boyz jingled all the way to the top of Pool A with a 6-1 win-loss record, while The Parumpapapums and the Naughty List are at 6-1 as well in Pool B.
In the entirety of Saturday’s opening games, the boys of Jingle Boyz, which include team captain Mike Omar, Mokyan Kim, Joel Norita, Jerry Saures, Francisco Kumuch, Patricio Blas, Nakashima, Ryan Camacho, and En Yang Pang, faced five foes and defeated four. Their only loss was against the Naughty List in three tough sets, 25-21 23-25 7-15.
Their wins were against We 9 Kings in a blowout of 25-0 in both sets; they beat the Gentlemen’s Association in three sets, 25-21 24-26 15-9; Saikyo was defeated in two sets, 25-20 25-13; Asian Airlines lost to them in two sets, 25-18 25-21.
In Monday’s games, they handed The Parumpapapums their first loss of the season in two sets, 25-18 25-12; in Tuesday’s games, they beat Bradahood in two close sets, 25-18 25-22.
The Parumpapapums, consisting of team captain Tyce Mister, Dylan Mister, Mark McDonald, John Nekaifes, Daniel Nam, Casey Chambers, Blake Mister, Logan Mister, Tony Atalig, and Antonio Deleon Guerrero, were undefeated until their loss to the Boyz.
The foes they’ve slain on Saturday and Tuesday were the Asian Airlines in two sets, 25-20 25-23; the Naughty List, 26-24, 26-24; Bradahood 25-20, 25-18; Gentlemen’s Association, 20-25, 19-25; Saikyo 25-20, 25-17; and We 9 Kings in three tough sets, 25-18, 21-25, 10-15.
The Naughty List, which include team captain Jasper Perez, John Matias, Jermaine Salas, Juruel Magtalas, Jerome Manzon, Gabby San Nicolas, Reiki Tababa, Akira Ota, and Kyle Moon, were handed their only loss by The Parumpapapums in two sets, 24-26, 24-26.
They ended up beating Bradahood in three sets, 22-25, 26-24, 9-15; Asian Airlines 25-13, 25-15; Jingle Boyz in three sets, 21-25, 25-23, 15-7; Gentlemen’s Association in two sets, 25-23, 25-17; and Saikyo in two sets 25-23, 25-13.
In the standings behind Jingle Boyz are the Gentlemen’s Association with a 3-4 card, third is We 9 Kings with a 2-5 record, then Saikyo with currently no wins and seven losses.
Behind The Parumpapapums and the Naughty List are Bradahood with a 3-4 record and last is Asian Airlines with a 2-5 card.
