Matansa, Hana FC trounce foes in Men’s soccer

Matansa and Hana Football Club trounced their foes last Nov. 18 during the Marianas Soccer League Fall 2022 Division B game at the NMI Soccer Training Center in Koblerville.

Chang Bai Hu lost to Hana FC via forfeit in the first game of the night, while Matansa triumphed over Old B Bank, 5-0.

Dylan Mister of Matansa secured the hat-trick after drawing first blood in the seventh minute, following it up 10 minutes later, then scoring his third goal in the second half.

Teammate Maui Johnson scored the team’s two other goals in the 32nd and 48th minute to finalize their win against Old B Bank, as they couldn’t score a single goal until the time ran out.

Results of the Nov. 20 men’s game results will be posted in the next editions of Saipan Tribune.
