DPS on the hunt for 2 allegedly involved in theft, drug trafficking
The Department of Public Safety is currently on the lookout for two individuals believed to be involved in theft and trafficking of a controlled substance.
According to the Department of Public Safety, they are asking for the the public’s help in locating Fang Ye “Batu” and Yu Qiu Min for their alleged involvement in trafficking a controlled substance and theft, respectively.
Fang is currently facing charges of theft and trafficking and illegal possession of a controlled substance. His bail was set at $100,000. Meanwhile Yu is facing one charge of theft with her bail set at $10,000.
Last Nov. 15, Superior Court Judge Wesley Bogdan issued an arrest warrant for the two individuals. As of press time, there are still no updates on the whereabouts of the two individuals.

The Department of Public Safety has yet to confirm whether the individuals were involved in the recent discovery of a drug den in a Koblerville barracks where over 1,000 grams of methamphetamine were discovered.
Last Tuesday, Nov. 15, the Drug Enforcement Task Force seized 1,176 gross grams or 2.6 pounds of methamphetamine from a barracks in Koblerville, which had an estimated street value of $400,000.
DPS spokesman Dre Pangelinan said that Bogdan signed the search warrant at about 10am that day and it was executed at about 2:55pm. Upon securing the barracks, DPS said about 2.6 pounds of methamphetamine were discovered within the compound.
