4.5-magnitude quake near Dededo
At 10:42am on Nov. 2, 2022, a report of a 4.5-magnitude earthquake occurred at 13.916°N 144.660°E 48 kilometers north-northwest of Dededo Village, Guam. Currently, there are no tsunami warnings or advisories that were issued by the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center. For more information, contact the CNMI EOC State Warning Point at (670) 237-8000. (PR)

Power service interruption on Nov. 9
There will be a scheduled power service interruption on Nov. 9, 2022, as the Commonwealth Utilities Corp. continues its ongoing system maintenance.

■ Time: 9am to 1pm
■ Area(s) affected: Puerto Rico (Manilao Drive).

■ Purpose: To install a three-phase mid-span power pole along Manilao Drive to elevate sagging secondary line.

■ Water wells) affected: None

■ Wastewater facility affected: None
