Nov. 8 is Election Day holiday—memo

The Office of the Governor has issued a memorandum to remind all department and activity heads as well as all government employees that Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2022, is election day and is thus a legal holiday in the Commonwealth. Accordingly, all non-essential government workers are granted holiday leave on Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2022. (PR)

Nov. 11 is Veterans Day

The CNMI Office of the Governor, the CNMI Office of Veterans Affairs, and the Veterans Day Committee are inviting the public to join us to celebrate and honor those brave patriots who have served and are still serving, with unwavering dedication and purpose, who sacrifice their personal comforts to keep the world safe, and who secure the freedom we enjoy today at the Veterans Day Ceremony.

This year’s Veterans Day Ceremony will be held at the American Memorial Park, Court of Honor, on Friday, Nov. 11, 2022 at 11am. (PR)
