‘First Friday’ is back at Marianas Creations
Local art and culture promotion event “First Friday” is back again.
For the month of October, Marianas Creations will be hosting an Artists Night on October’s First Friday with acoustic live music from singer and performer John, Jonathan, and Ken on Oct 7, from 6pm to 10pm at its location on Micro Beach Road.
This First Friday Marianas Creations is welcoming all our artists and patrons to come together as a community and celebrate three years of supporting local art and products in the CNMI. You will be able to sponsor any artists who will join us tonight or you will also be able to sponsor for future nights. You will be provided with an artists list and you can choose how much and how you want to sponsor our artists & help through their journey of creating art locally.
To anyone who is interested in live music. Their live music schedule will be 6pm-7pm John Uhrich from Sea & Sky band performing songs written by himself. Jonathan and Ken will be performing at 7pm-9pm. They will be doing acoustic style songs for the crowd where the acoustic duo will entertain you all night while you enjoy and support local art and artists.
We will also have new arrivals from different local artists on our First Friday. Marianas Creations is also releasing their website, www.marianascreations.com, where you can buy local products online.
Marianas Creations will also be serving local drinks, craft beers, handcrafted cocktails including local liquor from Mariana Breeze, local coffee from Marianas Coffee Co., and locally produced sodas. They will be serving a plate of the day entree and several appetizers too during the event.
In addition, it is an open mic for anyone who would like to share their talents in singing, instruments, poetry, comedy, dancing, etc.
Marianas Creations is currently soliciting for artists interested in showcasing their work to contact the shop. Additionally, they are seeking anyone who produces local products to contact the shop. (PR)
