Demapan thanks supporters for Friday fundraiser
GOP Precinct 1 House candidate Angel Aldan Demapan expressed his sincere appreciation to everyone who supported his birthday fundraiser last Friday at the Garapan Central Park.
“I am so humbled by the show of support from throughout our community,” said Demapan. “The campaign has still got a long way to go, but my team and I will continue to visit with residents to listen to their concerns and ideas.”
Demapan also thanked his committee-to-elect for all their hard work and for a very successful fundraiser.
“From the start of my candidacy, these hardworking members of our community have put in countless hours of hard work to advance the agenda of our campaign,” added Demapan. “I am honored and privileged by their support and friendship.”
In addressing the crowd gathered at his fundraiser, Demapan noted that progress is on the horizon, but it takes a strong and cooperative leadership willing to work for the people to achieve progress.
Demapan seeks to rebuild the spirit of community by reconnecting the Legislature to the villages.
“As a lifelong resident of Precinct 1, I don’t just know about the hardships of our people, I live those hardships with them. I have met with residents, old and young alike, and the common sentiment is apparent: stronger, safer, and healthier communities.”
