Learn how to sustain your non-profit organization

The Marianas Alliance of Non-Governmental Organizations is offering a free community workshop on June 15, 2022, from 9am to 12pm at the MANGO Resource Center that will teach participants how to make one’s organization sustainable.

Doors open at 8:30am to allow networking among participants. Refreshments will be provided. 

Many nonprofit organizations struggle to secure the resources to provide services to the community. The training includes information on how to plan sustainable projects to address community goals. Important to the organization’s sustainability is the development and implementation of a sustainability strategic plan and the components of the plan will be introduced. The training will also provide tools that can be used to identify resources already in your community. Nonprofits are also using the development of a for-profit business to sustain their organizations and the tools for assessing your organization’s capacity to establish a for-profit business and how to develop a business plan will be presented.

Participants gain a chance to win MANGO merchandise and professional services that value up to $600 for every community workshop you attend. All attendees will have their names entered into a raffle pot. (The more workshops you join, the more times your name will be entered!) Drawing will be on the last community workshop module in September.
