Road closures for Flame Tree Arts Festival

The CNMI Department of Public Safety would like to notify the public of upcoming road closures during the Annual Flame Tree Arts Festival taking place at the Sugar king Park and the CNMI Museum from Friday, April 29, through Sunday, May 1, 2022. Road closures are listed below:

• Friday, April 29, 2022

Chalan Pale Arnold Road between the Sugar King Park and the Museum will be closed off from 3pm through 12am (midnight)

• Saturday, April 30, 2022

Chalan Pale Arnold Road between the Sugar King Park and the Museum will be closed off from 12pm through 12am (midnight)

• Sunday, May 1st, 2022

Chalan Pale Arnold Road between the Sugar King Park and the Museum will be closed off from 12pm through 12am (midnight)

The road closure is to allow event attendees cross safely between the Sugar King Park and the CNMI Museum. All motorists are asked to plan ahead by taking alternate routes to avoid delays. DPS is asking motorists to avoid being behind the wheel while drunk, drugged, drowsy, or distracted. And to be vigilant for joggers, bicyclists, and pedestrians.
