The American Red Cross-NMI Chapter recently conducted an outreach at Joeten Superstore during two Friday events.

At the outreach, volunteers talked with customers about disaster preparedness and provided informational materials. Joeten Superstore provided free tarps as giveaways to encourage residents to be ready for the upcoming typhoon season.

“The Red Cross is grateful to Joeten Superstore for all their support. They played a major role in assisting the Red Cross during our Typhoon Yutu response and continues to work closely with us to ensure that families are prepared” said J.D. Tenorio, disaster program manager for the NMI Chapter.
