Man arrested for sex offender registry violation

On Monday, March 28, 2022, the CNMI Department of Public Safety arrested Stephen E. Albright after finding that he had been in violation of sex offender registry requirements.

An arrest warrant was signed and issued by Superior Court Associate Judge Teresa Kim-Tenorio for the charges of failing to update offender registration information and verification/appearance requirements with bail set at $10,000. 

On the same date at about 3:32pm, Albright was arrested in the village of Lower Base before being transported to the Department of Corrections where he was booked and detained. (PR)
