The CNMI Department of Commerce’s Registrar of Corporation gives notice to the public that the Annual Corporation Report for 2021 is due on Tuesday, March 1, 2022.

The Registrar of Corporation would like to remind the public that there will be a penalty fee of $150 for all 2021 Annual Corporation Reports received after March 1, 2022.

After March 2, 2022, a penalty fee of $10 will be charged for each day the report is not submitted, in addition to the $150 penalty for late filing.

Pursuant to Public Law 21-37, a new fee structure was implemented for the CNMI Department of Commerce’s Registrar of Corporation to allow for upgrades to improve record keeping capabilities and offer more efficient and effective services to corporations in the CNMI.

The new fee structure, which took effect on May 1, 2021, is available at http://www.cnmilaw.org/pdf/cmc_section/T4/4205.pdf. (PR)
