COVID-19 UPDATE: 261 new cases in NMI

Two hundred sixty-one additional individuals have been confirmed positive for COVID-19, bringing the CNMI total to 5,575 cases since March 26, 2020.

Of the 261 cases identified on Feb. 2, a total of 172 were identified via contact tracing, 76 via community testing, and 13 via travel testing. Five of the new cases were identified on Tinian and four on Rota.
