Small craft advisory until Friday

A small craft advisory is now in effect until 6pm Friday.

Based on the information received from the National Weather Service in Guam and compiled at the CNMI Emergency Operations Center State Warning Point. northeast winds 15 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots and seas of 8 to 10 feet will be present in Marianas coastal waters until 6pm Friday. Winds will briefly decrease below advisory levels of 15 to 20 knots tonight before increasing again Wednesday.

Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners, especially those operating smaller vessels, should avoid navigating in these hazardous conditions. (PR)
