The NMI Supreme Court has ordered the continued and temporary closure of the Guma Hustisia in response to the rising surge in confirmed positive COVID-19 cases in the CNMI. The temporary closure is from Monday, Dec. 20, 2021, through Thursday, Dec. 23, 2021.

The NMI Supreme Court issued the directive on Dec. 18, 2021, saying that bail, initial appearance, arraignment, family protection, emergency and time-sensitive hearings may be set consistent with Supreme Court Order 2021-ADM-0019-MSC (Amended COVID-19 Order No. 16).

Kotten Tinian and Centron Hustisia will remain open, for limited purposes.
