Kotten Tinian, which has been closed since Nov. 30, 2021, will remain closed to the public until Friday, Dec. 10, 2021. Regular business hours will resume Monday, Dec. 13, 2021.

The CNMI Supreme Court first ordered the closure of Kotten Tinian until Dec. 6, 2021, due to a confirmed case of COVID-19 and associated sanitization. That closure has been extended to Dec. 10, 2021.

While facilities are closed, Judiciary personnel may be teleworking or activated for emergency and essential services. Bail, family protection, emergency and time-sensitive hearings may be set consistent with Supreme Court Order No. 2020-ADM-0024-MSC (Amended COVID-19 Order No. 16) or latest order thereof and subsequent court orders. Visit the Judiciary’s website at www.nmijudiciary.com for court information and www.cnmilaw.org to review the order. (PR)
