The Governor’s COVID-19 Task Force announced yesterday the launch of a new website, www.staysafecnmi.com, to streamline all COVID-19 information in the CNMI, including an updated health declaration form that all travelers are required to fill out 72 hours prior to arrival.

Site visitors can fill out travel entry requirements, register for COVID-19 vaccinations, and access their COVID-19 test results.

The new traveler declaration form on the website makes the process easier for CNMI visitors and returning residents to fill out CNMI travel entry requirements as prescribed by the Commonwealth Healthcare Corp. and the Governor’s COVID-19 Task Force.

The new website also includes a new CNMI informational portal that serves as a one-stop resource center for COVID-19 community updates and response. This includes testing information and a portal to the CNMI vaccination dashboard, which details ongoing vaccination efforts. It also connects directly with the CNMI Office of the Governor and CHCC websites and social media outlets to provide additional information for residents and visitors.
