Bank of Guam announced yesterday the launch of its new website, another major milestone in its yearlong transformative campaign called “The Start of Something New.”

With a fresh new look, the bank’s website—bankofguam.com—blends creativity and functionality, designed to reflect the bank’s ongoing promise to build the best customer experiences, fusing its legacy of service with today’s modern technology.

To complement the new look, the bank will also unveil a new look and feel on their online and mobile banking platforms in the coming days. The digital banking platforms will carry across the same unique twist on the Bank’s brand elements introduced on its new website, updated and modernized to complement its digital identity and technology.

Optimized for a consistent and effortless experience across desktop and mobile devices, Bank of Guam customers can look forward to all the features they rely on including some new and improved ones they are going to love.

Some of the new and improved features:

• Intuitively organized, easy to navigate pages

• Easy-to-find and easy-to-use buttons for Online Banking access and enrollment

• Ability to apply for a loan online with ease

• Online access to our Giving Form and philosophy so we can talk more about what matters most!

• A live chat widget, allowing you to chat with our team from any page of our site

• A refreshed Customer Support Portal, that allows you to search for answers to all your

Lesley-Anne Leon Guerrero, Bank of Guam’s chief experience officer, said the launch of the new website is a first step in building an integrated and modern experience for the bank’s customers. “We know, the demand for greater accessibility and convenience is at an all-time high. This is why we continue to invest in digital solutions that our customers not just demand but deserve and can grow to love,” she said.

Joaquin Cook, Bank of Guam’s president & chief executive officer, said: Last year, we saw this pandemic shake many of our homes and businesses.
