Military trainings to include FDM, Rota, Tinian

ASAN, Guam—Government contractors will continue to conduct scheduled surveys in Radio Barrigada until July 2 from 7am to 5pm. Residents in surrounding areas should not be alarmed if they hear or see increased activity.

Military units will continue to conduct scheduled live fire exercises in Farallon de Medinilla until June 25 from 8am to 7pm. Marine vessels are advised to remain clear of the area for the duration of the event and to monitor the U.S. Coast Guard broadcast Notice to Mariners for advisories.

Military units will conduct exercises in open ocean, Farallon de Medinilla, Warning Area 11, Warning Area 12, Warning Area 13, and Warning Area 517 from June 20 to July 9 from midnight to 11:59pm. Mariners should not be alarmed if they hear or see increased activity and are advised to monitor the U.S. Coast Guard broadcast Notice to Mariners for advisories.

The U.S. Navy will conduct training Dandan-Malojloj, Radio Barrigada, South Finegayan, Agat Bay and Outer Apra Harbor on June 21-24 from 9am to 11:55pm. Blank ammunition will be utilized in Radio Barrigada, Agat Bay, and Outer Apra Harbor. Residents in surrounding areas should not be alarmed if they hear or see increased activity.

The U.S. Navy will conduct live fire exercises in open ocean on June 21-24 from 9am to 11:55pm. Marine vessels are advised to remain clear of the area for the duration of the event and to monitor the U.S. Coast Guard broadcast Notice to Mariners for advisories.

The U.S. Navy will conduct training in Outer Apra Harbor, Rota, and open ocean today, June 21 from 8am to 6pm. Residents in surrounding areas should not be alarmed if they hear or see increased activity.

The U.S. Navy will conduct training in Warning Area 11 on June 21-25 from 10am to 8pm. Mariners should not be alarmed if they hear or see increased activity and are advised to monitor the U.S. Coast Guard broadcast Notice to Mariners for advisories.

Military units will conduct live fire exercises in Farallon de Medinilla, Warning Area 11, and Warning Area 13 on June 22-25 from 2-9pm Marine vessels are advised to remain clear of the areas for the duration of the event and to monitor the U.S. Coast Guard broadcast Notice to Mariners for advisories.

The U.S. Navy will conduct explosive detonation training on U.S. Naval Base Guam on June 22-25 from 9am to 1pm. Residents in surrounding areas should not be alarmed if they hear or see increased activity.

The U.S. Navy will conduct training in the Tinian North Field on June 25-27. Residents in surrounding areas should not be alarmed if they hear or see increased activity due to the training. (PR)
