Alleged dealer arrested for more than 50 grams of meth

In an arrest warrant that was unsealed and filed in the U.S. District Court for the NMI yesterday, Dwight Lee Deleon Guerrero Aldan was indicted by the court on one count of “possession with intent to distribute” more than 50 grams of methamphetamine. The arrest warrant was issued on May 17 and Aldan was arrested on May 18 in As Lito.

As of 2pm on Wednesday, lawyer Steven P. Pixley was assigned as Aldan’s legal representative beginning May 18, and the U.S. government filed a motion to detain Aldan on May 19.

Initial appearance for Aldan was set for May 19 1:30pm with Chief Judge Ramona V. Manglona presiding.
