Thanks to DFEMS staff

Last weekend we called 911 for an emergency at our home. Paramedics Jeremy Torres and Dwayne Castro responded and, although we live on a dirt road nearly a mile and a half from any main street, they arrived in less than 20 minutes. Officers Torres and Castro resolved our problem in short order. They were efficient, competent, and gentle. Then, when we were still realizing that the crisis was over so quickly, they left—quietly, before we had a chance to say “thank you.”

So we’ll say it now. Gentlemen, thank you. DFEMS should be proud of you, and our community should be grateful that we can rely on professionals like you.
