- Utilitiesman 3rd Class Jermainejoy Samson, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4, drills entry ports for grounding wires and other electrical components to be installed on a berthing SWAHUT in Camp Tinian. The camp will support future Naval Construction Force and U.S. Marine Corps operations on Tinian.

- Builder 3rd Class Alex Wingert, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4, fabricates concrete framework in preparation for mooring bollard placements in support of the Tinian Harbor repair project. The repair project will enhance the Port of Tinian for future operations.
