The Peewee Class welcomed several new riders in its first event for 2021, but old-timers Jonoah Santos and Ezekiel Camacho still prevailed in their respective competitions during the Marianas Racing Association Series 6 last Sunday CowTown Raceway in Marpi.
Camacho ruled the Peewee Class 1, as he started and ended the five-lap race as frontrunner. Harley Susulin, who finished third in the first two laps, moved up to second after the event, as she pushed harder in the last three laps to bump off Zane Fujihira. Series 3 winner Fujihira dropped to third in the Peewee Class 1, which drew the most participants (12) in last weekend’s event.

The repeat winner was in control of the race from start to finish to extend his reign in the division. Rylie Manglona and Nevaeh Camacho joined Santos in the Top 3 overall rankings, as the former jumped from fifth to second after making the move in the last three of the five-lap race. Nevaeh was ranked second in the first two laps, but dropped a notch in the overall ladder after placing third in the final three laps. Keenon Togawa, Therese Manglona, Trey Manglona, Brooklynn Susulin, and Skylar Togawa rounded out the finishers in the division.
