IT&E donates $3,600 to victims of typhoons Rolly and Ulysses
IT&E donated $1,000 to support the Filipino Community of Guam’s relief efforts for the victims of Typhoons Rolly and Ulysses in the Philippines. IT&E Guam and CNMI raised a total of $3,600 in company and subscriber donations for the victims of Typhoons Rolly and Ulysses in the Philippines. Funds raised will support relief efforts by local organizations.
IT&E held a text-to-donate campaign for both Guam and CNMI subscribers from Nov. 18 to 26, 2020. IT&E matched subscriber donations in both regions, with $1,000 raised in Guam to support relief efforts by the Filipino Community of Guam; and $2,600 raised in the CNMI for relief efforts by the Office of the Philippine Honorary Consul to the CNMI Glicero “Eli” Arago and the United Filipino Organization in the CNMI.

We thank our subscribers for their donations and we’re proud to partner with the Filipino Community of Guam, the Office of the Philippine honorary consul to the CNMI Glicero “Eli” Arago, and the United Filipino Organization to help victims of Typhoons Rolly and Ulysses restore their homes, community and lives,” said Jim Oehlerking, CEO of IT&E.
Super Typhoon Rolly (also known as Typhoon Goni) and Typhoon Ulysses (also known as Typhoon Vamco) battered the Philippines on Oct. 31 and Nov. 11, respectively. Hundreds of thousands have been affected by the devastation. (PR)
