The fair brought together “the best of the best” in the luxury tourism industry and provided the MVA with access to Russia’s top travel professionals, journalists, and corporate travel agents.

“Condé Nast Traveller Luxury Travel Fair promotes itself as an exclusive, luxurious venue for purveyors of high-end travel services to make lucrative business contacts with individuals and companies who are liaisons, advisors, and consultants for the world’s most demanding and experienced travelers,” said MVA marketing manager Bruce Bateman. “To be invited to join this fair speaks highly of what the Northern Marianas has to offer Russian visitors.”

Two Russian-speaking representatives from the MVA’s offices in Saipan and Vladivostok attended the event to share information about Saipan, Tinian, and Rota. The fair hand-picked exhibitors from the top 100 companies in the travel industry, including hotel chains, luxury hotels and resorts, national and regional tourism offices including the MVA, air companies, cruise companies, and more.

So far this fiscal year, 7,452 Russians have visited Saipan, Tinian, and Rota. (MVA)
