DPL resumes issuing Managaha camping permits
The Department of Public Lands resumed issuing last Nov. 12, 2020, all Managaha Island camping permits. Due to the limited resources available on Managaha outside of operating hours, only 25 people will be allowed to camp on the island per night for the health and safety of all campers. Free online session on legal issues in caring for elderly family members
Those caring for elderly family members will have an opportunity to learn about important legal aspects that they should consider. The Guam/Micronesia Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program at the University of Guam’s School of Health will be hosting a live Zoom session on this topic at 6pm today, Nov. 16.
Public Guardian Marcelene Santos will present on legal aspects including power of attorney, guardianship, advanced directives, and living wills.
