The U.S. Postal Service has advised U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services that a small number of filings of Form 1-129CWR, Semiannual Report for CW-1 Employers, mailed on Saipan on Sept. 10 or 11, 2020, were damaged in transit to USCIS.

If you mailed your Form I-129CWR on or about those dates, check USCIS Case Status Online to confirm that the agency received your form. Use the underlying Form 1-229CW petition receipt number when you check Case Status Online.

If Case Status Online indicates that USCIS received your form, you do not need to do anything further. However, if USCIS still has not received your form, refile your Form I-129CWR. USCIS will accept Form 1-129CWRs that are refiled late as a result of this damage.

For questions regarding the delivery of your Form I-129CWR, contact USPS Customer Service or call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-877). (PR)
